چکیده
Background: Aging population is rapidly expanding worldwide, and age-related cognitive impairments prove detrimental for achieving a better productive quality of life. Lack effective therapies impairment focuses attention on developing preventive strategies, such as nutritional interventions, cell environmental manipulations. The objective the present study was to explore comparative benefits potential memory-enhancing strategies like supplementation choline (Ch) docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) or administration human embryonic kidney stem conditioned media (HEK-CM) exposure enrichment (EE), that attenuates in aging mice. Methods: 12-month-old CF1 male mice were subdivided [n=6/group] into normal control (NAC), saline vehicle (SVC), Ch-DHA, EE, heat-inactivated HEK-CM (HIHEK-CM) mice. Spatial working reference memory assessed using an eight-arm radial maze test cognition novel object recognition (NORT). Results: Spatial decreased Aged exposed dietary Ch-DHA showed significant enhancement spatial learning tasks, compared same age-matched NAC treated committed significantly lesser errors attained higher percentage correct choices tasks. Moreover, testing NORT, number visits observed supplemented administered whereas EE groups greater familiar object, when HIHEK-CM groups, respectively. Conclusion: Supplementation treatment have [~ 20—30%] enhancing learning, aged mice, seems enhance only their short-term memory.

Autobiographical memory and aging
Autobiographical memory, or memory for personal experiences, allows individuals to define themselves and construct a meaningful life story. Current research aims to review the definition and theories of autobiographies memory and how it usually changes or abnormally in older adults. Base on studies, as we grow older autobiographical memory drops off, also semantic memory changes a little or som...
متن کاملFailure of Working Memory Training to Enhance Cognition or Intelligence
Fluid intelligence is important for successful functioning in the modern world, but much evidence suggests that fluid intelligence is largely immutable after childhood. Recently, however, researchers have reported gains in fluid intelligence after multiple sessions of adaptive working memory training in adults. The current study attempted to replicate and expand those results by administering a...

In this paper, we describe how the mapping of virtual to physical memory that is set up by the operating system can have a significant and unexpected impact on the performance of STREAM [6] and a sparse solver “mini-application” that exhibits STREAM-like behavior. The Cray Performance Analysis Toolkit (CrayPAT) [2] is utilized to identify the cause of the performance degradation to be row buffe...

15 صفحه اولStrategies to enhance the anticancer potential of TNF.
Although tumor necrosis factor (TNF) antitumor activity is evident in several preclinical models and in non-comparative clinical trials, no evidence exists that TNF-based treatments increase patient survival. Furthermore, due to systemic toxicity, TNF can only be administered via sophisticated drug-delivery systems in patients with solid tumors confined to one extremity or organ. The impossibil...
